Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of representation until a written buyer representation agreement is signed by both parties. The rebate percentages described on this site (20%, 30%, or 40%, depending on whether the seller agrees to pay a 2%, 2.5%, or 3% buyer-agent commission) are the structure we currently offer, and are subject to the following conditions:
